As General Manager Customer Service, Jerry Gulpers is responsible for the provision of after sales service to VeCommerce customers. The role focuses on delivering value to existing clients through improved Account Management and regular solution reviews. Jerry is also responsible for Business Development in the Wagering and Gaming industry.
Prior to joining VeCommerce in April 2007, Jerry was employed with Tab Limited in NSW since 1981 and spent 17 years within Call Centre Operations, holding positions from Team Leader to General Manager Account Sales.
